Richard brings legal expertise to the MPowered team.

Richard is Chief Counsel – Global Funds at Värde Partners. Based in New York, he joined Värde in January 2020. Prior to joining Värde, Richard was the Head of Alternatives Legal at AllianceBernstein. Additionally, Richard was an Associate at the law firms of Haynes & Boone and Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt in New York. Richard received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
